When I first met Sierra at the Reynolds St apt she was very friendly & professional. She had suggested I look at the 1 bdrm to see what the building & apt were like. As I was looking for a 2 bdrm I enquired about 150 Allan St. Sierra told me she would notify me if one ever came available but it was rare. When one came open at 150 Allan, Sierra notified me and we set up a viewing date & time right away. At that time Sierra had inadvertently quoted me the rent of a 1 bdrm I came to find out after I decided to go ahead with a deposit & application. Although I was disappointed with the misquoted rent amount Sierra worked with me to come up with an agreement which turned out to work for both parties. I was pleased with her effort to go above and beyond to reach this agreement as I very much wanted to move forward with the application process. She was most helpful answering my questions and showing me around the building. I look forward to seeing her again once I move in.

I’ve been living here for a month now. It’s a very quiet place, and the building management is excellent. When the internet was being installed, I noticed that the nearby power outlet was connected to a wall switch. After I told Jaafar about it, he immediately contacted the building electrician and had it fixed right away. Tatiana is also incredibly nice. Whenever there are small issues, she’s always very helpful and proactive in getting them resolved. The hallways are kept very clean as well. Both Tatiana and Jaafar are truly wonderful people.

Tatiana is the best building care taker we have ever had! She is friendly and always willing to help. The building is always clean and looks nice and neat outside and inside. Thanks for all you do Tatiana!!

I’ve been living on the 8th floor since 2019, and I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Tatiana’s excellent work firsthand.. She does an outstanding job with the cleaning and maintenance of our building. Everything is always spotless and well taken care of, and her attention to detail really makes a difference. On top of that, she’s always kind, cheerful, and brings a positive energy to the building every day. Her friendliness and good humor make everyone’s day a little better. We’re lucky to have her!
