We haven't moved in yet but Anne-Sophie made the experience of apartment hunting a lot easier by following up periodically and looking for ways she could help us. We did the tour of the building with her and she accommodated our last minute requests and was very thorough with the viewing (even got to see the hot tub although it was freezing outside!) Highly recommend touring properties with her if you get a chance.

I had a great experience with LIV Apartments. The staff is truly amazing, professional, friendly, and always helpful. A very special thank you to Anne‑Sophie, who was the best sales person we could have asked for. She made everything so easy for us, explained every step clearly, and was always available and supportive. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. I recently found my new apartment through Chanel at Liv Apartments, and the experience was excellent. The whole process was super easy, smooth, and completely hassle-free — everything worked out perfectly. I’m very happy with my choice and really excited to move in. I feel confident that I’ll have a great experience living in the building. Chanel’s service was 100% amazing — professional, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. I recently found my new home at Liv, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The amenities are exceptional, modern, clean, and truly designed for comfort and convenience. The view from the building is beautiful, and the appliances in the apartment are brand new, which makes a huge difference in daily living. The location is perfect: right in the centre, close to everything I need. One of the things I love the most is how easy it is to feel integrated into the community here. The neighbours are welcoming, and there’s a real sense of connection in the building. A special thank you to Chanel for her outstanding support throughout the process. She was flexible, thoughtful, and immediately understood what I was looking for. She even showed me earlier move-in options after my work hours, which helped me decide to move a month sooner than planned. I’m truly excited to move in and enjoy my new life at Liv!I absolutely loved being Served and supported by Chanel.

Had a great 4 night getaway at LIV Apartments. Great 1 bedroom apartment. Great location. Loved the roof top terasse. Unfortunately the hot tub was only luke warm at best.
