Really appreciated the time and effort Alejandro put into showing us the apartment. He walked us through every area carefully and explained all the details in a simple, clear way. He was very patient, never rushed us, and made sure we felt comfortable asking questions. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience!

Great location, very nice amenities, clean building and beautiful views. The rent is a little high in my opinion, but it definitely seems like you pay for what you’re getting. Alejandro was great in waking me through the visit, explaining what was included. If your budget allows it, I think this is a solid choice.

HONEST OPINION ABOUT THIS PLACE After living here for 4 months, I can give some more details about our overall experience. My girlfriend and I moved in on October 1st 2025. We are living in a 3 1/2 on the 17th floor. The space is sufficient for us, as we don't have a lot of stuff. Let me start with the perks & what we really enjoyed so far. - Location, right next to the Guy Concordia Metro, we can see it from our appartment window. Same for Bixi stations, there is one right at the door during the summer period. - The pool is amazing, really. It is not being used that much, it's super clean and the view is fantastic. - The gym is very nice to have in the appartment building, a lot of good equipements for good workouts, but is a bit small. It can feel a bit too crowded if there are 3 people or more in there, but it hasn't happened too many times in 4 months living here (Maybe 3 or 4 times). - The rooftop experience is amazing, chairs and couches are confortable, the view is spectacular, especially during the golden hour, as it is on the 24th floor. Large, a lot of space for a lot of people to enjoy it during the summer. We were only able to enjoy it for one month as they closed it for the winter, but we really enjoyed our experience and can't wait for this summer! - The building (hallways, pool, gym, conference room) is kept fresh and clean, all the time. I cannot express how gratefeul I am for the cleaning and maintenance team, they are doing a fantastic job. - They do prevention (for ants, fire alarm) to make sure everything is alright and the staff is friendly. When they came by to check on the fire alarm, I mentioned a little problem with our heater and our wardobe door, only a few minutes later, someone else came to repair both, only took a few minutes. - Of course I have to mention the very professionnal and friendly work of Alejandro, he made the whole process quick and easy for us, as we were really short on time to find a nice appartment, he was able to help us with this one. Communication was clear and efficient. Muchas gracias amigo! I would also like to be transparent about what we didn't enjoyed so much : - The biggest issue we had so far, was probably related to an other tenant that was smoking inside their apartment, right under our bedroom. The cigarette smell would come up in our bedroom, by the heating system. When we understood where it was coming from, we had to call a few times and I had to send a few emails for this situation to be taken seriously. It was bad, because at some point, the cigarette smell in our bedroom was present everyday and every night. We even went down ourselves to talk with some tenants under us, to discuss this issue. After a few calls and after talking with Alejandro, something was done about it, and we haven't had a problem since then. All and all, this problem lasted for about a week, which didn't gave us a nice first impression as it was during our first month living here. - Maybe we havn't been lucky, but the fire alarm did ring 4 times in 4 months. I understand it is more likely to happen since there are a lot of people living here, but once a month seems a bit high. In my opinion, all the perks and positive experiences we've had here far outweight the negative ones. Overall, I have to say we are very pleased with our experience living here so far, thank you to all the team. My honest rating would be 4.8/5, but I'll round it up to 5/5 ;)

I went to look at some apartments in 2121 Saint Mathieu. Alejandro was my agent and he was fanatic. Beforehand he sent me detailed info and short videos of the units that we went to see. It was so nice to get a look before I got there. He explained everything to the point, informative, no fluff. I loved it. The units where nice, clean refreshed. The location is amazing! And the amenities, what a bonus.
