Get a call that the approval was given... contact friends and family to inform them... go shopping for your new home... to find out you were called by MISTAKE! this is a huge mistake!!! A mistake that cost a family a lot of grief! Then you call to ask why there was no approval ( I think the applicant has rights to this information) you are told they CANNOT disclose this information!!!!!! ??? And show no remorse or regard for this huge mistake??!! Looking for answers and you're simply brushed off! I'm crushed by this treatment and would NEVER recommend this company for anyone seeking a home

As tenant at 765 Brown's Line, we had seen a lot of great upgrades in the building. New elevator, new windows and completely renovated balconies and lobby. Most tenants live here for decades and it's nice to see great improvements. Thank you!

A Great apartment from CLV group. Their amenities were too good. This building is very near to most of shopping complex, Pharmacy, Clinic etc. You will love being a tenant here.. Benjamin from CLV helped me a lot to rent an apartment over here.. Really his efforts were appreciated..
