BEAUTIFUL layout..Excellent thought/Detail for multiple use of closets. New floors , paint.I have a massive diuble balcony.I need/needed some repairs and a new dishwasher is coming. The response time.. a bit slow but very nice management and respectful repairman..Jay.. and excellent work when completed. The building is spotless from the lobby to every floor. My 2 and 4-legged neighbors are wonderful and last but not least..my view of the bay , escarpment, and breathtaking sunsets that I post every night. And of course Bayfront, Pier 4, 8 and 9 parks including the HMC Haida and multiple fishing spots are a stones throw.. BREATHTAKING..LITERALLY.. I am so grateful for this new adventure.. all in my backyard. Selling my home and moving out of town was the plan but finding this gem of worry free living in this beautiful neighborhood 😍truly Life is great at Pier Towers. HAMILTON PROUD 🇨🇦 🍁

Went there as a visitor. Loved the location. It's close from Hamilton in fact very close from the Go Station West Harbour which is walking distance. Meanwhile there's Lakeview, kinda like Harbour front. The review of the renter was quite positive. If I move to Hamilton, I might consider this one as an option for sure. Oh forgot to mention, there's a skating place and park next to this apartment complex which is another plus.
