I was looking for a new apartment to move to and as of June 2025 I chose to move here. After extensive research this place met all my needs. I wanted to comment though on the wonderful experience I had with Sarah who is the community leasing agent. She was very prompt at responding and very accommodating to my requests to see the available units. Answered all my questions promptly and getting answers for any concerns I had. It made the process much more delightful as it can be a stressful time to find a new apartment.
Also a short comment on the day moved in. Everything went smoothly with reserving an elevator on service with the concierge on staff that day. Thank you

I’ve had a great experience living at Forest Ridge Apartments. The community is quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful green spaces, which makes it feel peaceful and welcoming. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the building and common areas are. Overall, I’m happy to call Forest Ridge home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

What I really appreciate about Forest Ridge—besides the great location—is the maintenance service. I’ve lived here more than once, and each time I come back, I notice the improvements management has made. The maintenance team is friendly, respectful, and always quick to respond to any requests. It’s clear they care about keeping things running smoothly.

My experience at Forest Ridge Apartments has been wonderful! The staff and maintenance crew are always available and helpful. I would like to give a special note of thanks to Jack Sloan- a part time staff member who has always gone the extra mile- above and beyond the call of duty.
A special note of thanks and commendation to William -on call staff member who responded promptly to an urgent situation - He did a great job and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently!
