After moving to this residents, and following an issue recently happened, I would like to share my appreciation for two wonderful employees at Intrent, Mohammed and Devs C. Both of them handled a recent issue and misunderstanding with great professionalism and patience. They took the time to fully understand the situation and made sure it was resolved in the best possible way. I was especially lucky that Devs C was in the building at the time. He stepped in right away, listened carefully, and helped guide everything toward a smooth resolution. Mohammed was also extremely professional and supportive throughout the process. Their respectful attitude and commitment to helping the residents truly stand out. I’m grateful for their assistance and want to thank them both for their excellent service. So that is why I am keeping the 5stars for the place and its employees. ------ We had our second tour today with our agent, Aldric, and we really liked the building , it was clean and very well maintained. Aldric was incredibly patient and professional throughout our visit. He answered all our questions clearly and took the time to guide us through everything. He provided all the unit plans and useful details so we could decide the best option. What I appreciated the most is that even after the tour, he remained very responsive and helpful. I truly value his support and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The view outside the window is very pleasant. The facilities inside are brand - new. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor, and a public barbecue area on the top floor. It's so convenient! The apartment administrator is very enthusiastic. I'm so grateful for the help and patience from the Mogan team. I'm also very thankful to Shanon for providing me with translation services and help after I moved in! Due to internet issues in China, during the process of renting an apartment and paying the rent, Morgan and the Resident Administration team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patience until all my problems were resolved. They are a trustworthy and professional team. Thank you very much!

As we are newcomer, we had stressful days searching apartment and staying at the hotels. Finally when we found this place, everything went fast and smoothly. We settled after a few days. This is the 3rd month already and we re very satisfied about the apartment, common areas(we love the place called FOYER at 12th floor with fantastic view of the river and city), events(yoga) they organize. Especially friendly staff, first one Morgan which we get our first tour at site and finished to paperwork to move in. Then Anthony, Gino always welcomed us and felt like we re at our home country. And Muhammed is there when you need something to fix at the apartment. I highly recommend this place specially for newcomers, not much procedures, references etc. All utilities included in rental. Indoor outdoor garage available for your cars. We plan to spend worry free winter, no need to snow removal etc. ohh best thing this place is pet friendly. We did not bring our dog as we didn’t expect to find such place so easy, we re going to bring it soon for sure…
