Nice building, nice area, beautiful view. Older residents can be a bit annoying. Busy bodies. Especially woman in the back right corner of the building. Thinks shes building police. Lol.

Kim was so lovely to work with. She was kind and took her time to explain all features and benefits of renting at the property. Highly recommend!

I love living at the Lakeshore Club! The building is beautifully maintained thanks to the great staff. Terry is a hard worker who does a fabulous job of keeping the place shiny and clean and always with a smile on her face. Jafar is always quick to respond to any call. You can’t beat the location, and the grounds and pool make it feel like you are on a resort. The special CLV events are a wonderful bonus and really help to promote a community atmosphere. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We’ve called this place home since June 2018, and overall, it’s been a truly enjoyable experience. Of course, nothing in life is ever perfect—finding something that checks every single box is nearly impossible. But this place comes pretty darn close. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the suites are spacious, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is genuinely wonderful. Teri , in particular, stands out—she’s always smiling, cheerful, and makes everyone feel welcome. She’s a pro at her job and keeps the building in tip top shape! The pool is always inviting, and we especially love the media room and the rooftop patio—great spaces to relax and unwind. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community. People know each other, look out for one another, and there’s a genuine warmth that makes it feel like home.
