I love living at the Lakeshore Club! The building is beautifully maintained thanks to the great staff. Terry is a hard worker who does a fabulous job of keeping the place shiny and clean and always with a smile on her face. Jafar is always quick to respond to any call. You can’t beat the location, and the grounds and pool make it feel like you are on a resort. The special CLV events are a wonderful bonus and really help to promote a community atmosphere. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We’ve called this place home since June 2018, and overall, it’s been a truly enjoyable experience. Of course, nothing in life is ever perfect—finding something that checks every single box is nearly impossible. But this place comes pretty darn close. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the suites are spacious, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is genuinely wonderful. Teri , in particular, stands out—she’s always smiling, cheerful, and makes everyone feel welcome. She’s a pro at her job and keeps the building in tip top shape! The pool is always inviting, and we especially love the media room and the rooftop patio—great spaces to relax and unwind. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community. People know each other, look out for one another, and there’s a genuine warmth that makes it feel like home.

Let me start by saying how much we love living at 5220 Lakeshore Rd in Burlington. The views are incredible. The pool is always pristine. The lawns are manicured beautifully. What we truly love and appreciate is our building cleaner Terri. She does a fantastic job. I see her working hard to maintain the lobby and hallways every day and it really shows. Everything is always tidy and neat, which makes coming home feel welcoming. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail. She is so friendly, approachable and caring, which really adds a nice personal touch. It’s clear she take pride in her work. I’ve even seen her pick up litter outside and take care of the landscaping, garbage and recycling bins. I’ve even seen her shovel the sideways and maintaining the wheelchair ramp in the winter. All with a constant smile on her face. She is a true blessing to everyone who lives at 5220 Lakeshore Rd. Overall, I feel like the cleanliness of the building really enhances our living experience. It’s nice knowing we’re in a well-maintained space, and it makes a difference in our day-to-day life. We are so lucky to have someone who truly cares about the residents around her. We live in the 5220 Lakeshore Rd building and we have had a great experience so far. Tatiana, is a super kind and helpful lady that does not work here anymore but anytime she comes the building gets as clean as possible. She also helps a lot in events and parties. We love living here!

My family and I had a lovely experience viewing the property with Kim, the leasing agent. The property is well maintained and looked after. A beautiful and lovely place to call home. Kim was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate the time she took to show us around and explain everything about the property.
