I just recently moved into LIV Apartments so I can only provide feedback on my experience with rental agents since I am very new to the facility. But I will say that I really enjoyed working with Autumn, who played a key role in facilitating my move-in process and answering my many questions. She was very attentive and helpful and went out of her way to make my move as stress-free as possible. Her flawless and consistent communication made my transition so easy, and I highly recommend her services. Honestly, this move was probably my easiest one yet and she truly went above and beyond to accommodate my many requests. Thank you, Autumn!!

I’m new to Ottawa and had a great experience moving into Liv thanks to Autumn McLellan. She was super friendly, professional, and helpful from the first tour, and all the way through the application process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and I felt truly welcomed and cared for. I’m very thankful for her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new place!

The Liv is a great place for short or medium term accommodations. Stayed here nearly two months and had a much better rate than a hotel. Concierge staff are friendly and helpful. The same goes with residents, which seem to be a good mixture of students, young professionals, families, seniors, and short term-ers. Fully furnished rooms, fast WiFi, and clean modern kitchens and bathrooms. The penthouse gyms have the perfect amount of equipment and are kept clean by residents and staff. Both gyms have great views of Ottawa. The Mingle room is perfect for kids to hang out in while at the gym. Also great views of Ottawa. Location is mostly convenient to downtown if a 15-20 walk zigzagging through quiet Centretown streets doesn't bother you. I'd definitely stay here again if I need short-medium term accommodations in Ottawa.

Had a great experience with Dale! He showed us around the units that were available and was very genuine, welcoming and generous with his time. We were very keen on renting a unit in the building. The amenitites are amazing, the units were gorgeous, but we weren't sold on the neighbourhood unfortunately. Not a con per say, but do your research. Photos attached are of the Byron and Gladstone suites. very night, high end furnishings, and balconies! Loved the windows! If you fit the criteria, you'll love the LIV apartments. Sadly, they just weren't perfect for us.
