I've had the pleasure to meet Kim and Greg at the North Murray Location. They both have been a huge blessing for our complex. Kim, makes sure that everything is cleaned, in the summer she makes sure all the plants are watered, and in the winter she makes sure all the side walks are salted, and make sure all the salt buckets are filled. I can not say enough how hard Kim works to keep everything feeling very clean, and home welcoming each day she comes into work. Greg, he is very professional and gets the problem fixed right away, and if he can't fix it, he will call the correct people to come and fix it. Greg is a hard worker, and does the best that he can to keep all the tents happy. I can't say it enough how highly I respect these two people that make my living space feel like home, and a friendly environment each and every day. They come each day with a friendly smile and a positive attitude

I have lived in the North Murray apartments now for almost 7 years and love it! The staff is professional and caring. Any tiny issues that I've had over the years have been dealt with quickly and with a smile. As a dog lover I am over the moon about the grounds. The buildings are well maintained and very clean. Kim keeps the buildings so clean and Greg is an excellent maintenance person who does a great job of attending to small issues in a timely manor. I would highly recommend it as a future home for someone. Having moved from the east coast it feels very familiar. You just have to drive downtown to see the Trent.waterway. I love living here.

Hello I would like to say that Kim is fantastic person I have known Kim for a long time now and has always been very kind and friendly and very helpful. I enjoy seeing her everyday and just saying hello. You will never have a better person working for you then Kim.

Apartment was really good. Especially Debra was really helpful since the time I moved in. Please give her a raise for her excellent job. Even the whole team was really good at their job. The maintenance guy was really good at his work, whenever I have a maintenance he is on time. It is a nice and clean apartment's and fully renovated. The entire team is above and beyond.
