We are very blessed to live in this place. InterRent provides several community events, and we had the opportunity to attend the most recent Holiday Party. We would like to thank Sid, Mimosa, and Ramazan, as well as the other InterRent team members, for creating such a warm and interactive environment for all residents. There are still some points that could be improved — especially regarding negotiations and response times — but we have noticed that communication has been improving over time. I also want to highlight that Mimosa’s and Ramazan’s care for the building is exceptional. I always see them cleaning, organizing, and helping the residents. Their dedication truly makes a positive difference in our daily lives.

We were interested in a small unit at 30 Edith and were fortunate enough to have Basil show us the unit, explain the process of application. He was gentle, answered all questions and was great with follow up. The whole process was relatively seamless.

The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. The unit was spotless upon move-in, which made for a great experience. Kanisha was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She was responsive, informative, answered all of our questions, and made the application process smooth and easy. Basil was also fantastic throughout, and on move-in day. He was friendly, efficient, and went out of his way to help us get settled. Great experience overall!

I had a great experience working with Basil. Although I ultimately didn’t go ahead with the apartment he showed me (looking for a one-bed rather than a studio), I really appreciated his approach throughout the process. As a newcomer, I had a lot of questions, and Basil was incredibly patient and informative, he took the time to walk me through every step and gave me a detailed tour of the building and its amenities. He followed up diligently without ever being pushy, and his professionalism and knowledge really stood out. I’d highly recommend Basil to anyone looking for a thoughtful and well-informed real estate agent!
