I have been living here for a year and amazing experience. Lots and lots and lots and lots of Thanks to the building Supervisor Merima. She is really amazing, helpful, empathetic, experienced, advocate for tenants and problem solver. My mother has dementia and unfortunately wandered off and the only person who stood and helped me search my mother was Merima. She is the best supervisor among all the rental apartments I have lived so far. Another example, somebody had parked their car at my spot when I came back from my hospital shift at 11pm, and all it took was a quick text message to Merima and she solved my issue in 20 minutes. The building itself is so clean, and so quite and all the neighbors and their dogs are really friendly. Again a great experience.

We recently leased a unit at this building. So far the experience is great. Our leasing agent Yousuf was super helpful and made the entire process so smooth for us. I highly recommend the place and the company.

We’ve had a great experience living in this building. Very friendly staff, the place is well taken care of, and it has everything we need to feel comfortable and safe. The location is awesome — close to shops but also surrounded by nature, parks and close to bus stop. We’re loving it.
