!!PLEASE READ!! These apartments get constantly hit by burglars and the head office will do NOTHING about it. They will NOT compensate! Please reconsider living in this place until this gets resolved. Bicycles, Lockers and Cars alike are targeted! ((UPDATE)) Cameras have been placed, we can only hope they help the situation and put a stop to the crime. Entrance locks have also been changed to key cards.

I'm not a resident of this building but Aya showed me around 700 Ross and a couple of units and was very helpful in my apartment search! She was very communicative, got back to me right away and was willing to answer any of my questions. The process to book a viewing was also very simple, and she was able to accommodate viewings on evenings & weekends which I found extremely helpful.

My partner and I had been looking for our first apartment to rent. viewing after viewing, we we not happy with what there was out there. We booked a viewing at 700 Ross and instantly got a reply and were very happy with what we saw. The building was the cleanest we'd seen so far with an affordable price. Kim was so helpful and supportive during our application process. We cant wait to call here home.

Aya and Branka were great in getting us set up at this location. The fitness centre is a great amenity, our kitchen and floors were completely redone before we moved in, and it’s in walking distance to everything we need. It’s already starting to feel like home! The parking spots at the back of the building are a little tight and we found ants the first week we moved in, but the building’s exterior was recently sprayed and we’ve put down some traps and it seems to be under control. Haven’t had much interaction with maintenance yet so can’t accurately report on their responsiveness.
