I had setup a visit for this place as I'm new to town. I am slightly disabled after a good term in the military so what I was looking for on top of a great apartment was a fence of security. I went to alot of different buildings across town and this one takes the cake by a long shot, Game rooms , conference rooms , gym , indoor pool , out door pool , balconies. It has a little older feel but it's amazingly maintained and there are a ton of renovations done as well as the kit hens fully renovated. For the price vs what you get , this is an amazing place. I was brought around by the staff , Karolina , I couldn't have asked for better help and asked her if everyone that worked there was as switched on and understanding. Anytime I had a question or discussed the idea of renting, I was met with a fully organized , well spoken and forward thinking management. They made me feel understood and at home. That really put my faith and want to rent at an all time high. You won't see very many places like this around anymore, hidden gem. Will

My sister and I were looking to move in a few months, and after reaching out about a viewing, our leasing agent Abigail got back to us by the next day to set it up. She was immensely speedy, effective, friendly and communicative, and made the application process very smooth! Her enthusiasm and helpfulness were greatly encouraging, and I'm very glad she was able to help us so well and quickly!

Karolina was great! She was diligent and patience with helping us find a home in forest ridge. She kept an eye on the units available for months for us and helped us fill out the forms. She even gave us a few tips on extra things to put on the application to help us get approved! If your thinking of moving, definitely consider working with her, she's great!

I didn’t end up renting only because I’m planning to move next year, but I’ll definitely be reaching out to work with her again when the timing is closer.
