I recently moved into the Forrest Ridge apartments. Karolina (Leasing Agent) was very helpful throughout the application and lease signing process. She helped me process my application, and was very responsive from the moment I viewed the apartment to the move in date, to now being a current resident. She was always willing to answer any questions and address any concerns that I had. Thanks, Karolina.

We were checking in on the apartment while a relative was in the hospital. Noticed a couple plumbing issues while we were in the unit. We alerted building managment and they fixed it right away, very impressed. Good friendly staff. We don't live in the building but noticed the tenants are friendly and it seems very well maintained.

Can't say enough good things about the maintenance crew. Willy is beyond amazing. They are so fast at responding to requests and fixing any issues to above and beyond great standard. They are so kind to my kids who are always hovering and asking tons of questions. Truly skilled craftsman and just great people.

We have recently gone through the application process to rent a 2 bedroom apartment at Forest Ridge for September. From our initial appointment with Sarah to view the building amenities and one of the units, to a further viewing and expression of interest in living at Forest Ridge, through to many conversations and emails with Autumn and Nerissa has lead to our excitement to move in. All three representatives of InterRent and Forest Ridge have been nothing but professional, friendly and understanding. We have felt very welcomed through this whole process. I’ve had a great experience living at Forest Ridge Apartments. The community is quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful green spaces, which makes it feel peaceful and welcoming. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the building and common areas are. Overall, I’m happy to call Forest Ridge home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!
