455 Maple Ave is a nice building, very calm environment, friendly respectful neighbors. We have been fortunate to live here since 2009 with the added value of having Pam around! Pam not only keeps the building clean but also makes us feel we have a person we can always turn to when we have a concern, even a personal one .We also want to thank Paul for taking care of the maintenance and all our calls for help.

We love living at 455 Maple Avenue! Great location, spacious apartment and friendly tenants. Major shoutouts to Paul our handy maintenace guy and Pam our amazing cleaner who work hard to keep our building safe and clean.

Just the greatest little building in Burlington. I've lived here for 15 years and just love this place. Pam the women who takes care of the building does a amazing job. Coming home is a pleasure. Building is spotless inside and out. I had a small issue in bathroom, was fixed in a day. And the location can not beaten.
