We had a viewing with Kim at 5220 Lakeshore Blvd., i can honestly say Kim was very welcoming, professional and made us feel at home. She covered all what the building has to offer and more. I have been living at 5220 Lakeshore Rd for 3 years now and love it here. There is a real community that you don’t often see in other buildings. One particular staff person who makes all the difference is Terri, our amazing building caretaker. I say caretaker because she treats this place like her own and takes care of the spaces we get to enjoy. Always has a smile, a friendly hello and I so enjoy our conversations. Her integrity, work ethic and her pride in everything she does are those old school values you can’t teach. She makes the difference in our experience and don’t think we ever thank her enough. Thank you Terri for everything you do, we notice your hard work, and want to let you know, I for one am grateful and thankful to be able to live in such a beautiful environment and have people who care about us.💝

I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment buildings around. The entire property is immaculately clean, with beautiful landscaping that really makes it feel like home. One of my favorite things is how the building overlooks the lake—waking up to that view every day is amazing. The rooftop patio is gorgeous and such a relaxing spot to unwind or hang out with neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, the community here is incredibly friendly, which adds so much to the experience of living here. The staff is also fantastic—Kim showed me the apartment initially and was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The building is also kept in top shape thanks to Terry and Jafar, who work so hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. I’m so grateful to be living here!

We’ve called this place home since June 2018, and overall, it’s been a truly enjoyable experience. Of course, nothing in life is ever perfect—finding something that checks every single box is nearly impossible. But this place comes pretty darn close. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the suites are spacious, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is genuinely wonderful. Teri , in particular, stands out—she’s always smiling, cheerful, and makes everyone feel welcome. She’s a pro at her job and keeps the building in tip top shape! The pool is always inviting, and we especially love the media room and the rooftop patio—great spaces to relax and unwind. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community. People know each other, look out for one another, and there’s a genuine warmth that makes it feel like home.
