I am very happy in my new place. I am back in English Bay, with a view of the water. The apartment is newly renovated with new floors, stainless steel appliances, in suite washer and dryer. Got everything I expected, and more. I would not be here if it was not for the help of Emily. She is knowledgeable, very smart, and understands in importance of GREAT customer service. She is a big part of the reason I took this place. It is so important that you can trust the people you are working with. I am giving Emily 6/5 Stars.

I had a great experience working with Emily, our lease agent—she has been incredibly responsive, supportive, caring, and communicative throughout the leasing process. She truly made the moving experience smoother and less stressful. The apartment’s location in the West End is amazing—steps away from Denman Street, which is full of great restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and essential services. It’s also just a short walk to the beachfront, waterfront, and Stanley Park, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys running, nature, or just being outdoors. The unit itself has excellent natural light, a beautiful view, and modern appliances. I also appreciate the safety of the neighborhood, which seems to have a nice mix of retirees and young professionals. That said, one challenge has been the ongoing construction from a neighboring building, which creates unpleasant noise from early morning to the afternoon. It would be helpful to have more transparency or updates about when the construction is expected to end. Overall, I still give this experience a full 5 stars—largely thanks to Emily’s fantastic support and the unbeatable location. I’m hopeful the construction will wrap up soon, and once it does, this place will truly be a gem.
