The five stars is solely for the fact this place is pet friendly and for the lovely cleaner Marcello! I’ve been here for a year and since day one he has been super helpful with a lot. At first I thought he was the building manager but he may as well be as he does more to help and support the tenants than the actual building manager. He is super friendly and always brightens your day! Thank you Marcello for taking good care of us!

I’ve been living in this building for close to two years now and it’s been a great experience. The staff is always available to help, especially Marcelo - who makes himself available, greets everyone with a smile and works tirelessly to make the building a clean and safe environment. For a large apartment complex, residents still get to feel part of a community.

We are in the process of moving from the US and finding a place to live in Montreal was one thing we were nervous about, but to our pleasant surprise Paola Gonzalez from Inter Rent made it so much easier for us. Paola was so quick in responding to our first inquiry and from then on every question we had was responded immediately. She showed us the house through video call, sent us the videos and explained everything about the property very well.
