Good neighborhood, property is very well managed. Stayed over with my friends, really good place to stay. There are numerous stores, coffee shops, and restaurants to try around.

Shannon from CLV Group was an amazing help finding me my apartment here. The Building and Rooms are clean, spacious, refreshed from recent renovations and an overall enjoyable place to live. Accessable parking and the buildings located on a quiet street close to everything you need on Locke! There's 59 Units in the building but it's very quiet and the common areas are never crowded.

I have been living here since Dec. 2017. Overall, my experience has been positive. The building is kept very clean by your wonderful cleaning staff, Roselyn, who goes above and beyond to help in any way she can and has been very helpful with any questions that, I as a new tenant, have asked her as there is no on-site superintendent. So far, all the tenants in this building have been pleasant and it a very quiet building which I appreciate. It is also great that this is a pet-friendly environment so no one has to give up their pets to live here. They (the pets) all seem very well behaved and the owners don't seem to mind if you want to pet them which is nice.
