We recently worked with Autumn McLellan from InterRent, and our experience was exceptionally smooth and positive. My wife and I are moving to Ottawa from outside Canada for study and work, and Autumn helped us rent a 1‑bedroom suite in LIV, 207 Bell Street North, Ottawa, ON. Renting an apartment in a city you’ve never visited, entirely virtually, can be stressful, but Autumn made the whole process incredibly easy for us. She was kind, patient, and highly professional from start to finish. Autumn even recorded a detailed video of the unit’s interior so we could confidently make our decision from abroad. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, she responded to every email promptly and thoroughly. At one point, an unexpected change in our travel plans required us to arrive a week earlier than planned. I reached out to Autumn, and she immediately resolved the issue by adjusting our lease start date without any complications. We are genuinely happy with the assistance Autumn provided and are grateful for her support during such an important transition. I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

I recently found my new home at Liv, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The amenities are exceptional, modern, clean, and truly designed for comfort and convenience. The view from the building is beautiful, and the appliances in the apartment are brand new, which makes a huge difference in daily living. The location is perfect: right in the centre, close to everything I need. One of the things I love the most is how easy it is to feel integrated into the community here. The neighbours are welcoming, and there’s a real sense of connection in the building. A special thank you to Chanel for her outstanding support throughout the process. She was flexible, thoughtful, and immediately understood what I was looking for. She even showed me earlier move-in options after my work hours, which helped me decide to move a month sooner than planned. I’m truly excited to move in and enjoy my new life at Liv!I absolutely loved being Served and supported by Chanel.

I recently did an apartment visit with Chanel, who was very helpful and personable. Working with her was very smooth and since we had extra time, she was kind enough to show me several other available units, despite not being part of the original agenda for the visit. She also had a lot of great insights on the area surrounding the building, which was much appreciated, given that I am coming from out of town. Overall, I had a great experience working with Chanel and it's great to know that LIV Apartment has representatives like her :)

This is a great place to stay, not just for its location or because it has great amenities but also because of the lovely people that work there. I had the pleasure of working with Chanel to get an apartment and no kidding, she took her time to show me what's available and was so patient as my partner and I literally were going through our individual thought processes. We found one we liked and Chanel went to work immediately to ensure my application could get in before the weekend. I did and still appreciate her diligence in ensuring our satisfaction in questions and concerns we had. Thank you Chanel.

Had a great 4 night getaway at LIV Apartments. Great 1 bedroom apartment. Great location. Loved the roof top terasse. Unfortunately the hot tub was only luke warm at best.
