Amazing spot in Montreal, been here 2 years already and wouldn’t change a thing! Heart of downtown, everything you need is here! Maintenance team i great as well, Sydney is always answering our calls if theres any issues! Highly recommended

Otmane is always really helpful and cheerful, which makes any interaction with him extremely pleasant. He’s very approachable and will be there for you whenever you need him. We wish we could have more people like him :)

I worked with Katerina (Leasing agent) - really friendly, timely, and prompt responses. I also spoke with Annamaria (Manager), who was very happy to clarify questions I had about building and unit amenities. Additionally, while I was signing the lease, there was a mistake with the price of rent and it was much higher than originally quoted in accordance with new rent prices. I emailed Annamaria and the issue was very quickly fixed, which was a pleasant surprise. I haven't moved in yet, but all in all it seems like a lovely building with very responsive management. My only complaint is that the approval process for the lease is very buggy, confusing, and structured in a way that seems to rush the client along with statements such as "the unit will go back on the market if you don't sign/pay within 24h." It was very difficult to sign in such a short amount of time, especially because I am an international student and was in summer classes at the time. However, management was happy to help me out where they were able.

Prime location, Helpful/Responsive management, Good Amenities It goes without saying that finding an apartment can be stressful. Of all the apartments I visited, I received the best customer experience in terms of apartment viewing and helping me find the perfect place per my needs. Sarah by far is an amazing agent to deal with. Is very responsive and is very understanding. She kept up with my indecisive trait and showed me different options in the building, until I was convinced on one. I even bothered her during her off days. :/ (Don’t do that folks ;p). 

All other folks that I have met so far in the management have been super helpful and kind. I was looking for an apartment that is bright and has a good view. Super stocked with the apartment I decided to go with. View of Old port and Jacques Cartier bridge from the balcony. Sign me up! Looking forward to experience my stay here.
