Samantha, Richard, and the rest of the team at CLV were extremely helpful throughout the visitation, and rental process. Friendly, no pressure tactics and extremely informational throughout the process. They were very professional and helped from day 1, when inquiring about booking tours, through move-in day when they were a phone call or text away on a Saturday to make sure everything went smoothly. All daily staff and service members are extremely friendly and very helpful as well. Overall very positive experience after 1 month. CLV property West 236 comes highly recommended from myself as a new resident.

Great experience with CLV Group. Everything was fast and easy. Samantha had a lot of grace and patience showing us repeatedly all the available units and always returned our calls within the hour. Jason McMillan, the community leasing agent I had the pleasure of working with while visiting WEST236, was incredibly helpful. He was very patient with all my questions and quite responsive to texts/emails. I moved in to CLV/West236 in January, signed the lease online without viewing the apartment in person and really lucked out, especially where I was relocating from out west and didn’t really know Ottawa or Westboro Village. I have been meaning to leave a review of my initial experience with CLV/West236 for some time, I guess better late than never 🙂 Richard Waserman was the leasing agent with whom I communicated with online, he was very responsive, professional and courteous, he went out of his way to ensure I found the home I was looking for. I could not be happier with my choice, not only because it’s turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, but also because of the equally amazing on-site property management team.
