Just toured 57 Bayswater with Ashley E and had my parents with me as well. She answered all our questions with a positive and patient attitude. She was very knowledgeable not just on the unit we were looking at but also other ones in the building. Would happily tour with Ashley again.

I leaved there with my wife and 2 kids for 18 months, it was great. The place is secured, clean and near most of commodity. The apartment was renovated and I had the laundry installed in the appartement.

I moved into this building during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. CLV employee Brooke K.S. was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to move in while remaining physically distanced. A month later, I am really happy with the maintenance, level of cleanliness and all amenities in the building. The neighbours are lovely and everyone is really cooperative about not crowding elevators, waiting in spaced out lines for the laundry room, and just generally being friendly while staying safe and apart. This location is lovely and the views are breathtaking.

We moved into this location in September and have a lovely unit that was recently renovated. Thanks very much to the wonderful and dedicated maintenance/operations staff who worked hard to make all of the necessary repairs and complete the finishing details that make our apartment look polished and feel like home. The team was very responsive, attentive to detail and respectful of our space. Thanks to Dave H., Dave G., Corey and Ryan for all of your hard work.
