Moved my brother-in-law in to 67 Church Street in Ajax. Katie Nevins our contact with InterRent was absolutely fabulous. Katie was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Katie made the process of making this move seamless. Can’t say enough good things about Katie!

i moved to 67 church in ajax on8 may, 2025. application to acceptance took only 1 day. kanisha, the leasing agent was exceptionally responsive and pleasant. given that moving is near the top of my list of unpleasant experiences - i'd rather have a root canal without anesthesia - kanisha helped me through this move so that it was smooth. in the interest of full disclosure, i still hate moving but it is a wonderful place to move into.

Community Leasing Agent Jeremy has made this experience so easy for us. Great clear communication and friendly. Also very diligent in getting back to you. Normally within 24 hrs. The only reason I gave 4 starts is because we haven't moved in yet. But I very pleased with all the service and interaction we have had with InterRent and Superintendent thus far. Can't wait to move into our new home! Thanks Jeremy. 😊

Tricia, She is PHENOMENAL. I have never dealt with such an honest outgoing person with wonderful things to say and such encouragement in all my rental days. I felt so welcomed and greeted with such care. I would recommend her to anyone for any CLV GROUP apartments. She was routing for me the entire way along and I could not have asked for a better associate. If I could give 6 stars. I WOULD! FABULOUS JOB CLV GROUP! SHES A KEEPER.
