My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Kim. For our first ever apartment viewings/tours with iRent, we had a very positive experience with Kim. She was punctual (even early) and well prepared - she showed us three different units that had features that suited our needs, which we were seriously looking into renting. She was very attentive to our (many) questions during the tours. She was knowledgeable and provided many of the answers, but for the few that she was unsure, she sourced the answers from team members, and got back to us. Kim supported us through the application process (a few questions came up at that time) and when reviewing the Lease (after approval was received). My partner and I had been looking for our first apartment to rent. viewing after viewing, we we not happy with what there was out there. We booked a viewing at 700 Ross and instantly got a reply and were very happy with what we saw. The building was the cleanest we'd seen so far with an affordable price.
