We recently toured the rentals at 765 Browns Line with Basil from the leasing team. We didn't end up applying because we decided to move to another part of town for work-related reasons, but overall, had a positive experience. Basil was very helpful right from the beginning, answering calls promptly and helping us schedule the tour. On the tour, he showed up exactly on time and answered all our questions about the apartment and the neighborhood. He was very patient and gave us ample time to take photos and measurements of the apartment. One thing that stood out was that he never tried to oversell any aspect of the apartment and stuck to the facts. We never felt pressurized to act at any point in the process. I definitely recommend reaching out to Basil if you are planning to rent with InterRent properties. Some details about the apartment itself - it was a spacious and bright unit with lots of storage space. It was recently renovated and had modern flooring, lighting, appliances, etc. The location of the property was excellent - providing immediate access to the highway, malls, multiple food options, etc. If you prefer to avoid high-rise condos, I recommend taking a look at this place. You will not be disappointed

Get a call that the approval was given... contact friends and family to inform them... go shopping for your new home... to find out you were called by MISTAKE! this is a huge mistake!!! A mistake that cost a family a lot of grief! Then you call to ask why there was no approval ( I think the applicant has rights to this information) you are told they CANNOT disclose this information!!!!!! ??? And show no remorse or regard for this huge mistake??!! Looking for answers and you're simply brushed off! I'm crushed by this treatment and would NEVER recommend this company for anyone seeking a home
