I want to express my sincere appreciation for the positive transformations that have taken place in the building over the past year. As a resident for approximately one year, I have witnessed significant improvements that have enhanced the overall living experience. The exterior of the building has undergone a makeover, featuring vibrant flowers at the main entrance. The elevator now has a fresh carpet, and the corridor walls have been tastefully repainted. The parking spaces have been renovated, and the building is cleaned daily. I am particularly pleased with the option to install a washer and dryer in my apartment for an additional fee – a feature that adds great convenience to my daily life. Despite concerns raised about noise from the nearby fire station and hospital in a comment I read a year ago, I have not personally experienced any inconvenience. The neighborhood is peaceful, with the added bonus of a vast park nearby. The proximity to the city center and the river, coupled with the absence of disruptive noise, makes this location ideal for me. I want to emphasize that my windows do not face Montreal Road, which may contribute to my positive experience. I extend my gratitude to those who work tirelessly to ensure resident comfort. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I am truly thankful for the positive changes that have made living here a delight. Thank you for creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment.

This review is regarding the prompt maintenance. While I've been living here, I made several non-urgent maintenance requests regarding several issues (including one that needed a refrigerator replacement), and all the requests were dealt with promptly. Usually within a day or two. Kudos to the maintenance team.

We were helped by an agent named Autumn, who was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. The apartment and the building are very well maintained, modern, clean, and inviting. I am looking forward to renting with CLV.

I am really impressed about how easy was my move-in process!!! As I was immigrating from another country, I had lots of questions and the CLV Group team helped me thoroughly through this process. Special thanks to Autumn and Marc who were incredible! My unit was almost completely renovated for my wife and I and we could not be happier about our decision to select CLV Group! The gym is good enough for one or two people workout at the same time and the rooftop is just incredible! I am sure we now have a great place to rest and enjoy life :)

For almost 2 years now, this has been my home. I fell in-love with 860 Blackthorne immediately because I observed that people (Tenants and staff) were genuinely generous and courteous towards each other. My experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff, especially Mark has been super amazing. He exudes joy in helping others. I am particular grateful that, the building is super clean and you find there is warmth in everyone around here. Lastly, I want to say that I observe and receive kindness daily at this very hospitable place so I call it a home.
