Moving into my new apartment has been an absolute breeze, and I'm already loving the view! My windows and balcony overlook a beautiful expanse of trees, which makes for a really peaceful and private setting. Any minor issues I had were sorted out super quickly, which I really appreciate. A huge shout out to Jordan, the Leasing Agent – he was very patient with me and fantastic throughout the entire process!

After having had the best experience with their leasing specialist Charley, who guided us to the perfect unit - we have officially moved in just over the weekend. When we went to pick up the keys, Chris was super nice and very accommodating to our schedule. He brought us to our unit, explained everything very clearly and made sure we had all our questions answered. We even had a personalized handwritten "welcome home" note put it our rental package when we first got the keys, it was really such a sweet and simple gesture, but those are the types of things that makes a tenant feel like an actual human renting a home, as opposed to a number renting a unit in a building. To make things even better, on the day of the move we needed a little help navigating where to park and Chris was lightning fast at answering our texts and if it weren't for Chris' guidance we could have gotten a ticket for parking where we're not supposed to, or worse, had our car towed. So he really saved us such a headache! Once we were all moved in we noticed two tiny little issues with the unit; we had a hard time unlocking the door, and our shower valve was a little loose. Just as I was wondering how exactly I was going to go about letting building management know, I got a message from Charley checking in to see if everything went well with the move and if we were having any issues with the unit. I mentioned those two littles things to her and she not only gave me the contact information for any maintenance requests I may have in the future, but even put a ticket in for the lock and shower valve for us, saving us both time and an extra task! Keep in mind, this is well beyond the scope of her work, but that really is just how wonderful she is! She goes above and beyond! To make things even better... the tech showed up at our place just a few moments ago (literally just 5 hours after placing the maintenance request) and fixed everything in a matter of minutes. To say we are happy with our new home is honestly the understatement of the century. My husband and I are incredibly grateful to all the staff at InterRent for making everything so easy and for welcoming us in such a warm way! Thank you InterRent! Thank you Charley! Thank you Chris! You are all awesome and have made our transition into this new truly wonderful!

We’ve lived here for almost 1.5 years. The team has been very friendly and caring. The management is very responsive to the maintenance requests and is on top of everything. The location is great. If you don’t have a car, the bus stop is right in front of the complex. You don’t even need the bus coz a lot of plazas are just walking distance. You can walk to Freshco, Dollarama, Dollar tree, Tahini shawarma, super king, tim hortons, winners, marshalls, home depot, build a bowl, popeyes and many others. I have been living at Auburn Park in London for almost a year and a half. We have very large grounds that are beautifully maintained with a beautiful pool that has a life guard on duty at all times. Maintenance is also very quick at responding to your repair requests. My building is cleaned daily by a lady named Alicia who keeps everything clean and disinfected. Thank you Alicia! I would recommend living at Auburn Park it’s a great place to live.
