After five months of living in an apartment unit owned by the CLV group at the Wonderland area, I am giving them a rating of 4 stars. It's not terrible by any means, the unit itself has been great except that we have experienced clogged pipes that flooded one of the rooms twice. Both occasions were swiftly attended to by maintenance. To note, our unit is on the ground floor -- so there may be some tenants who don't properly dispose of their wastes that caused the pipe issue. Everything else has been great and we have not experienced any major pains.
