We have had our ups and downs in the 5 years residing in Pier Towers; as most apartment dwellers will acknowledge. Lately it was an up and it appears to my husband, my son and myself that Interrent/CLV are sincerely making an effort to have satisfied tenants in their properties. Without going into great detail, CLV staff called my son enquiring how he likes living there, quickly (finally) addressed and worked on an ongoing problem, fixed an additional issue which was part of the ongoing problem, and re-addressed the original problem. All within the space of a few days in the past week. As hubby and I were away, my son wanted to ensure that CLV knew what a good job their crew had done, so I sent an email letting them know. Again - thanks, and please try and keep the good work up. We do know it’s hard with older buildings, but if tenants are acknowledged and then they see the landlord is trying to do something - it does make for good feelings all around.

I have been in my apartment for 19.5 years. Recently we were taken over by the CLV group. I have had no issues with this new company. Any staff that I have spoken to have been friendly and courteous. If I have an issue, I have filled out the request on their portal. It is taken care of promptly. They sent out e-mails to us to update about issues and they even run contests. In today’s world, I would say that this is a great place to live. Than you CLV group for doing a wonderful job.
