shayan is an amazing, super chill professional guy! We’re so happy to find a pet friendly apartment with laundry in the building. Finally done with the public laundry mats and the big windows are amazing! The cleaning/maintenance team also did a superb job making sure our new place was cleaned and ready for us when we moved in! Thanks so much to the rental team for making us feel at home here! the resident portal is also a great way to connect with the management team for any help you need, great support to have!

The application process was pretty easy and straightforward. Farheen was very helpful and efficient with her response to all and any of my doubts or questions. Overall, the apartments are very near to McMaster and the agent is polite and supportive :)
