Assud has been amazing so far. Was very knowledgeable of the properties during our showings and allowed us to find an apartment that we are very satisfied with!! Overall our experience with the apartment viewings and the "moving in" process has been extremely smooth. Would recommend to others for sure.

The service provided is exceptionally professional, and the building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Assud, who demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a clear understanding of my needs and preferences for the apartment. His ability to quickly grasp what I was looking for made the entire process smooth and efficient. Also the maintenance service is super great specifically Sam is really a great and helpful man.

I had a great experience while dealing with Shannon who called to inquire why we gave our 2 months notice to vacate.. I and my sister where looking at leaving because the rent seemed too high for current market rates. We have been tenants for 2 full years. Shannon asked if we would give her an hour to talk with the landlord and would get back to us. It was only a handful of minutes before she returned with good news. She was able to get a $400/ month rent reduction for us! In closing I wanted to say we have always loved this building for its maintenance upkeep and the clean living conditions. Thank you again Shannon for helping us. It is greatly appreciated.

The maintenance team has always helped me and they are always ready for any request. I had Sam a few times come over and he has always been so resourceful, nice and got the job done fast and without leaving any mess behind ! I always appreciate being able to ask him questions and he has always been happy to help. The maintenance girls are also always very helpful. Appreciate all your hard work !
