HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Refer a friend to rent at any of our InterRent communities.
• Make sure your friend mentions to the Community Leasing Agent that you have referred them when they start their application.
• When your friend moves in, you will receive $500*!

(*) 1. No referral fee will be paid to an existing resident who transfers from one suite to another, or from one community to another. 2. Once a new resident has signed their residential lease agreement and moved in, the existing resident will receive a $500 cheque within 60 days. This reward is applicable per suite and not per resident. 3. To be eligible to receive the referral fee, the existing resident’s rental account must be paid up in full and in good standing. 4. To receive the referral fee, you or the new resident must inform the Rental Office and/or Community Leasing Agent that this is a “referral”, before beginning your application. 5.
