This building has an amazing view of the older part of Hamilton. Our rental agent, Maily, was fantastic. She gave us a virtual tour of the place and even stayed after hours to give us the keys when we moved in. She was very kind and extremely helpful throughout the process of finding this apartment. This was my first time renting a place without any stress. Unlike other buildings where booking a viewing and getting follow-ups can be difficult, Maily went above and beyond and did all the work for us.

I couldn't be happier with the process. Maily, my leasing associate, was absolutely amazing. Helpfully accommodated my work schedule, allowed me to tour several sites on the same visit, and was happy to answer any and all questions I had. I can't even imagine an easier transition into a new home! The location was clean, in good condition, and appeared just as it did on the listing. Plenty of time and opportunity to inspect the location to make sure it fit both my needs and standards. Thrilled!

Started living here for almost a month now, and I can already say that it is a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the units themselves look recently renovated. The cleaning and maintenance teams are very friendly and are quick to any fixes and upkeeping required (thanks Dennis and Barbara!).

We love our place at Bayview apartments. We moved in 3 years ago and after a few months and a few minor mix ups we are loving it. The staff are very nice and friendly. The common areas are well maintained. The maintenance man Dennis does an excellent job of repairs in a timely manner. Our concerns are promptly addressed.
