We love our place at Bayview apartments. We moved in 3 years ago and after a few months and a few minor mix ups we are loving it. The staff are very nice and friendly. The common areas are well maintained. The maintenance man Dennis does an excellent job of repairs in a timely manner. Our concerns are promptly addressed.

Living at Bayview Apartments is great! I have lived here for 10 years and have to say that not only is it comfortable but also clean. The maintenance staff are so quick and efficient to fix whatever concern you have. The cleaning staff is exceptional and they go out of their way to help you when you need it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a residential portal on line, which is so convenient. I sent in a maintenance concern through the portal and they were at my door the next morning and fixed the issue immediately. CLV Group not only makes you feel like family...they treat you like family.

I would like to thank CLV representatives Mitch and Kort for their consistently professional, courteous, efficient, and expedient management and maintenance service, especially on April 8th and 9th, 2021, when I expressed an urgent concern about my stove. Mitch was extremely prompt in setting up an immediate service appointment. Kort was, as always, thorough and extremely efficient in assessing the situation and assured me that everything was in good order. I was very grateful for that happy news! I also appreciated the courtesy call he placed well in advance of his arrival! I was also grateful for the care Kort took in keeping with Covid19 protocol by wearing a mask and maintaining a safe social distance during the service call to my apartment. Please note: The CLV portal is also an fabulous communication tool for urgent requests, and CLV's prompt and courteous follow-up is also very appreciated and welcomed. Thank you!

I sent an email first thing in the morning concerning a lack of heat in my apartment. Ian, from maintenance, was at my door by mid afternoon to check in on me. He made some adjustments to the radiator in the living room which brought some relief but also explained that a big job was being done on the building-wide heating system the next morning and he was confident that this repair would fix my problem. He encouraged me to call immediately if the heat wasn’t adequate by the following afternoon. It was indeed adequate and I had no further need for maintenance. Ian was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated that he shared the ‘bigger picture’ - that of the maintenance to be done the following day.

I recently had some repair work done. My kitchen taps were leaking and needed to be replaced. The repair man came to evaluate the problem and he ordered the new part and replaced the taps. He was very polite and pleasant and capable. I am very happy with the work.
