Liz is our property cleaner, and she is fantastic! She was here a few years ago with the old owners, and was greatly missed when the new owners took over. I think we are all happy that she is back, and our building is looking clean once again.

Liz has been an amazing help to this building! I noticed a huge change in the cleaning as soon as she started back here! She use to work here before too before the building was even owned by CLV and the building is lucky to have her back here. No one knows this place better! 5 stars to here 🙂

It's a good place to live, it's quiet. There is a pool and grill area that most of the time are clean. The maintenance staff is fast and very respectful, especially Liz, very concerned about the cleanliness of the place, leaves the areas, corridors and elevators impeccable and with a good aroma. Regarding the administration people, they are always in constant communication about the different things they will do in the building.
