How to set up payments on the Resident Portal

For any questions or concerns regarding the Resident Portal:

Login to your resident portal account and navigate to the "Payments" tab. Under "Payment Accounts" you will see "Add Bank Account", select this option and have your bank account information handy. If you're unsure where to find this information please navigate to your online banking application or contact your bank directly. After you enter your bank account information, you can either choose to make a one-time payment or setup an auto-payment. We strongly recommend selecting the auto-payment option to ensure you never miss a rent payment.
