My review consists exclusively on the present superintendent. Her name is Beth and I find her to be a calm, caring, balanced woman who keeps the building very, very, clean, big fact cleaner than any previous superintendent and I have been through 7 before her. She sets a high standard for herself and constantly aims to improve on performance asking for feedback and trying to make tenants happy. She is concerned with getting repairs done promptly and doesn’t get involved gossip or tenants personal lives. She is a breath of fresh air from some former supers we have had. I hope they are paying her a good salary because I would like to see her around for a while.

Tricia, She is PHENOMENAL. I have never dealt with such an honest outgoing person with wonderful things to say and such encouragement in all my rental days. I felt so welcomed and greeted with such care. I would recommend her to anyone for any CLV GROUP apartments. She was routing for me the entire way along and I could not have asked for a better associate. If I could give 6 stars. I WOULD! FABULOUS JOB CLV GROUP! SHES A KEEPER. Thanks again for everyone at CLV GROUP for making the process to our new home feel absolutely amazing. GOD BLESS!

Tatiana she cleans everyday and Saturday and Sunday and clean the garbage the elevators and the Landry she cleans everyday and she's very clean and responsible she picks up the garbage from the parking . She will be cleaning and when she's done people will dirty it again and it's only the new people that the company is bringing they dirty the elevators and the garbage and the hallways. But over all tatiana is very clean she know and she very nice and respectful person

Just a quick note to let anyone know that if you are looking for a clean,pet friendly apartment with onsite superintendent in Ajax,this is the place. Abit pricey but very well kept. My daughter and I have just recently moved in. Our apartment was spotless to move into. The superintendent as well as the other tenants were very accommidating, friendly and helpful. There was a few things like door plate,electrical outlets and screens that needed to be fixed and the superintendent has looked after it in a very timely manner. I love the fact that the building is pet friendly and for the most part tenants pick up after their own pets. The only issue is paid parking. I don't agree we should pay to park were we live. Only to come home at night to find another tenant parked in both our spots overnight and we need to park across the street. Suggestions for the building: WiFi Poop and scoop disposal bucket Pet friendly salt at the front entrance **the snow removal company should also be spoken to as they drive like maniacs in the parking lot and as far as were they put the snow,well they blocked both of our parking spots with plowed snow piles that my son(who plows for another company) had to come and clear both our spots as well as other tenants while he was visiting) High five to the superintendent who cares so much about were we all live! Keep up the hard work. It pays off and shows by how happy all the tenants are.
