Whistleblower Policy

With a view to encouraging ethical business conduct in respect of its financial reporting, InterRent has adopted a Whistleblower Policy.

This policy is intended to cover complaints about financial-related wrongdoing, which involves unlawful or otherwise improper behaviour that implicates InterRent's accounting systems, internal account controls, auditing matters and financials systems and reporting. For any other (non-financial) complaints, InterRent has established policies and procedures to be followed in its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

InterRent has established a whistleblower system so that any complaint alleging financial-related wrongdoing can be reported, anonymously or confidentially, and without fear of retaliation. Two communication channels have been established for individuals to anonymously or confidentially report complaints:

Please note:

If you prefer to report anonymously, please provide as much detail as possible to allow the Audit Committee to review the matter(s) and, if appropriate, open an investigation.
