I had a good experience working with Kim Campbell as my leasing agent. From the beginning, she was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made the entire rental process easy to understand and responded quickly to my questions. Kim was making sure everything was taken care of, including follow-up on lease contract process and maintenance items. Interent has provided a safe and beautiful place to live. They quickly respond to any and all concerns. The building is immaculate (thank you to Tatianna for her diligent hard work) and the grounds are kept updated and beautiful!

Magdalena is amazing and responds very quickly whenever my mom has an issue. I remember once my mom lost her keys and Magdalena's response was prompt and kind and she made sure to follow up to ensure my mom had new keys immediately. She's fantastic at her job!

The experience so far isn’t great for me regarding the process between the approval and getting keys. I’m 10 days away from the possession date and nobody from the management company promptly reaches out to me to check in and make sure all requirements are met before receiving the keys. Instead, I have to call in the general help line and get a response that someone will contact me. That someone never did. Today is 2 days away from the move-in date, someone finally responds to my email after so many emails I sent out to different contacts within the company. Yet, I’m still in limbo without a firm appointment to get the key. It’s hard to plan a move in advance and no place to turn for help. Disappointing service !!! ***UPDATE: the management reached out to ensure I had a smooth sailing for the move. They’re accommodating with the request to fix up certain small items quickly and efficiently. The building and unit are clean, spacious, and well maintained. I’m updating to 4 stars instead of 1. Thank you for making effort to restore my confidence.
