150 Allan is a nice place, very quite and minutes away from the whilefoods which we buy groceries mostly. The team is nice too, especially Kim is really nice and kind to offer all her and help in the application to make it easier and faster. With her guidance it is very simple to submit the application via their system. Thanks her so much!

I’ve been living on the 8th floor since 2019, and I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Tatiana’s excellent work firsthand.. She does an outstanding job with the cleaning and maintenance of our building. Everything is always spotless and well taken care of, and her attention to detail really makes a difference. On top of that, she’s always kind, cheerful, and brings a positive energy to the building every day. Her friendliness and good humor make everyone’s day a little better. We’re lucky to have her!
