I am not a resident of this building but really wanted to write this review to share my experience with the building management. I work for the delivery company. Last night around 8pm, when I was in the building to deliver the package, my car keys fell into the spacing between the elevator and the floor. There was no way to get the keys out from there and I was just locked out there.  I called the after hour emergency number of the building and reported my situation and asked for the help. Within few minutes,  I received a call from the property manager Branka. And everything after that was just so relieving, smooth and helpful that it has made me write this review right now. Branka was very helpful and showed great sense of empathy and urgency. She ensured first if I am OK and then she scrambled around and did multiple calls and gave me few options to get the situation solved and ensured my car stays safe and not get towed. I was able to get home with my car with the help of a friend. In the morning Branka arranged the technicians to come in and take my keys out of the elevator. And arranged the safe handover of the keys back to me without any cost. Throughout the whole time, her communication and professionalism was just incredible. Really appreciate Branka and the CLV management for supporting me in that difficult situation. And the fact that I am not even the resident of any of their properties makes it even more special. THANK YOU !!!

Recently moved into this building and reviewing it after a month-long stay. Rating for the realtor - 5 Star I was guided by CLV realtor Kim Campbell, she was amazing from the beginning. She guided me so kindly and professionally and will thank her for giving me a peaceful place for my family. Review about the apartment. Pros, # Proximity to GO station, Walmart, Lakeshore, Central Public school, and Burlington downtown. # CLV maintains it well. Every day, cleaning is happening. # Ample space for parking. # My suite has good ventilation, my living room and my bedroom get enough sunlight and air. # Spacious kitchen layout. # Decent occupants. # Peaceful neighborhood. Cons, # Small elevator. # Outdoor parking, no covered/indoor parking.

EDIT MARCH 21 2017: I was contacted by head office to resolve and rectify the issues we've encountered with the staff at the New St office. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and was extremely compromising on work in together to fix the problem. I hope the rest of our lease will go as smoothly as my experience with head office. From day 1 living in the unit our experience with CLV has been abysmal. They've sprung hidden fees on us, have taken out rent 4 times in the course of TWO months resulting in NSF on my credit as well as my account being out money. Whenever I try to contact the office to figure out what the hell is going on, NO ONE contacts me and I have to start flushing everyone out via text and email to even get a response. Very seriously regretting signing a lease with this company..
